Steve Dickinson, Shareholder, Fredrickson & Byron
Steve is the co-chair of Fredrickson & Byron's China Practice Group and is a member of the firm's Corporate and International Practice Groups. He represents clients in both domestic and international business transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and debt and equity financing. He represents clients in both international and domestic business transactional matters and provides business and strategic counsel to a variety of companies.

Rodney Hiel, Managing Director, Asia Business Consulting
Rodney has over 20 years of international marketing experience, including spending the last 10 years living and working in Southeast Asia and China. For the last seven years, he has served as the Managing Director of Asia Business Consulting, a Minnesota based consulting firm which assists US companies strategically research and develop cost effective strategies for new product development and market entry into Southeast Asia and China. He also serves as the Vice President of the US China Business Connections, a Minneapolis based networking and educational forum specializing in China business.

Dave has over 30 years of experience helping companies with their international operations and needs to help them achieve their objectives. His clients include companies in a variety of industries. Dave is currently the US Chairman for HLB International, an international accounting organization which has member and correspondent firms in 100 countries and is ranked among the top 12 largest accounting and business advisory groups worldwide.
